Project Profile: Clover Leaf Gin, Inc., Donalsonville, GA • Marianna, FL

Clover Leaf Gin was the first gin in the state of Georgia to consider and purchase the GinManager™ system to improve their process systems. Process Automation installed their system in the Donalsonville Gin in 2014 and has added additional automated solutions ever since. The gin is now automated with the integrated system from the module feeder all the way through the press. Ginning parameters were set to management’s production objectives, and the gin now gins cotton seamlessly throughout their ginning system.

In 2020, Clover Leaf Gin made the decision to add another GinManager™ system in their Marianna, Florida, gin after making some mechanical and equipment upgrades to that plant over the past several years. This system mirrors the Donalsonville plant with the same automated components. The ginning parameters for this plant are also set to management’s production objectives.
